LMS got me an interview with one of the top law firms in Denver and shortly after I got the job! It hit all the check boxes for me and it was obvious that LMS had listened to what I wanted to do next and found something that fit perfectly. I remained at that job for a few years and for salary reasons I left and went to work at a different law firm, where I soon realized I had made a mistake and should not have left my first job for more money. I called LMS again and they had me interviewing at another prestigious law firm in Denver within a few days. I am still at that law firm, and I absolutely love it. LMS is a recruiter who I work almost exclusively with. LMS has a keen eye for talent and has successfully placed new employees across several departments and across all offices. LMS does a superb job screening candidates to ensure that they are not wasting your team’s time and they will provide you with a video of screen, so you won’t be surprised when meeting with candidates.

I really loved that LMS did a video interview with me to discuss my concerns, do a mock interview and just talk about the areas I could use improve. Most recruiters just talk to you over the phone and base a decision off a phone conversation but meeting LMS in person and having an honest conversation about what I want and how she’s going to help me get it, was everything for me.

Video, video, video interviews. They save SO much time! LMS and Lindsay are also responsive and easy to work with, but the video changes everything. And you both video very well and it is just so helpful!
